Adam Garner has been a Philadelphia resident all of his life and has been working in Real Estate for 5+ years. He is a graduate of the Temple University Fox School of Business, a licensed real estate agent, and a member of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association. After receiving the title report for his first transaction, he discovered there were several liens and judgments against the property. He was able to resolve some of the liens against the property which allowed him to complete the purchase. He frequently saw properties with similar issues that most buyers would shy away from. Eventually, he decided to create a business focused on assisting property owners in these situations. After closing countless transactions and cultivating relations with various real estate professionals, Adam gained the experience to tackle the most difficult title issues that arise.
