Adam Garner
Adam Garner is a lifelong Philadelphian with nearly a decade of real estate experience. He is a graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business and a licensed real estate agent, bringing professionalism and strong local expertise to every deal. Having assisted more than 200 sellers across a wide range of situations and property types, Adam understands that every property owner’s circumstances are unique. He enjoys the problem-solving aspect of real estate and takes pride in making transactions simple, respectful, and stress-free. Adam is committed to improving communities across PA, DE, and NJ by providing families with safe and affordable housing. When he’s not working, you can find him in another country, spending time with family, or relaxing at the beach.
Tyler Sokolis
Tyler Sokolis is a Managing Partner and Acquisitions Manager who has spent the last four years helping homeowners across the northeast United States navigate everything from distressed properties and tricky title issues to high-end listings. He got into real estate because he genuinely enjoys working directly with people and finding real solutions—not dealing with corporate red tape. Before real estate, Tyler worked in B2B food/beverage, and transportation, giving him a strong foundation in sales, communication, and creative problem-solving. His approach is simple: be honest, be clear, and make sure every homeowner walks away with value—even if his team isn’t the one buying the property.
Outside of work, Tyler is big into fitness golf, and traveling. And for a fun twist—he’s the type of person who books a trip last-minute, finds the best local food within an hour of landing, and looks for every excuse to find the beach.
Luis Ramirez
With over 12 years in sales, Luis specializes in helping property owners navigate the process of selling their homes. Transparency is at the core of his work — whether his team can purchase a property or not, Luis ensures homeowners understand their best options. What motivates him most is the satisfaction of creating win-win scenarios for both sellers and our team. Outside of work, Luis enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and staying active through soccer and cycling.
